Manufacturing Process
1. Add water in Phase A, start heating to 75C.
2. Add Phase B ingredients in a separate beaker. Heat to 75C-80C.
3. Add Phase B to Phase A under homogenization. Homogenize for 3-5 minutes.
4. Continue mixing. Premix Phase C ingredients. Add to main batch at 55C.
5. Cool to 45C. Continue with moderate mixing. Add Phase D ingredients.
6. pH adjust between 4.5-5.0
Preservative
Euxyl K712 @ 1.0%. Passed with Criteria A: Micro challenge CosPET testing.
