Manufacturing Process
- Mix Phase A, then heat to 70°C - 75°C.
Mix Phase B, then heat to 70°C - 75°C.
Add Phase B to Phase A while stirring, maintain stirring and heating for 5 minutes.
Slowly add Phase C and stir until homogeneous
Begin cooling and at 60°C - 65°C add Phase D and homogenize
Continue cooling down and at 40°C add Phase E with gentle stirring
Add Phase F, pH adjust to 5.0-5.3
