Color Seal - Resist, Prolong & Protect
The second step in our Color Seal System is a rinse designed to provide gentle yet effective cleansing, while minimizing color loss. Plantaren® 2000 N UP is an alkyl polyglucoside (APG®) surfactant, a non-ionic surfactant from renewable and plant-derived feedstocks that is readily biodegradable. It provides excellent color retention in rinse off applications. Plantapon® LGC Sorb NA is a mild anionic surfactant that has excellent foaming and sensory performance and also provides excellent color retention in the formula.
A high-performance, cold processable opacifier and pearlizer, Euperlan® NL Pearl is a final complement to the formula,made from naturally derived ingredients and provides further anti-breakage performance and adds to the supple feel of hair. Manufacturing Process
1. Add Phase A ingredients in order with mixing until fully combined.
2. Premix Verdessence Xanthan and Glycerin, then add ingredients of Phase B and mix until fully combined.
3. Adjust pH with Phase C to around 4.9.
