Manufacturing Process
1. Add phase A ingredients to main beaker under prop mix. Mix until clear. Add phase B.
Mix until uniform.
2. Pre-mix phase C in side beaker and add SLOWLY to phase A/B in main beaker under low speed (<1000 rpm) homogenization. Add directly into homogenizer head.
3. Care should be taken to minimize air incorporation. Phase ABC should be completely clear when combined.
4. Move to a prop blade and add Phase d, one ingredient at a time until uniform. Minimize air.
