Pluracare® L 1220
INCI: Peg/Ppg-116/66 Copolymer
Pluracare® L 1220 copolymer is the product of the reaction between ethylene oxide (EO) and propylene oxide (PO). It is used as a solubilizer for flavors and fragrances in aqueous and hydro-alcoholic systems such as mouthwashes. It enhances whitening efficacy and provides binding, retention to tooth surface, and stain prevention benefits. This product is often used in combination with Pluracare® L 4370 to form anhydrous bases for personal care formulations, including toothpastes.
