Is hair straighting, heat styling, flat ironing and blow drying dead?

BASF's Gina Guillian and Andrew Miller recently published an article in the GCI magazines October issue called ConsumerTrends Influencing Heat Styling Applications.

The article is about the fact that despite a strong trend for people to wear their hair in its natural state, "there is still a large population across all hair types that is straightening its hair with heat styling appliances for diffusing, flat ironing or blow-drying to achieve a temporary straight look."
