BASF’s Lipofructyl Argan Awarded Ecocert, Fair for Life Label
Dec 17, 2020The Fair for Life certification label by the ECOCERT Group enables products coming from Fair Trade to be commercialized worldwide. All ingredients in the formula have to be fair trade.
As Global Cosmetic Industry magazine recently reported, ECOCERT recently awarded BASF with the Fair for Life label for the ingredient Lipofructyl Argan.
Lipofructyl Argan is one of three ingredients produced through BASF’s Argan Program, which studies the argan tree, the oil and its byproducts while diversifying the revenue of the relevant cooperatives and fostering the preservation of argan forests. Read the full story here.
