Manufacturing Process
Combine phase A in a beaker and begin heating to 75 C on prop mix
Note temperature at which all solids melt and phase becomes a uniform liquid
Add phase B, continue prop mix. Temp will drop, bring back up about 10 degrees above melt temp noted above
Remove heat, begin cooling.
As close to melt temp as possible, pour into stick container and allow to cool overnigh
