Procedure
- Mix water and Polyquaternium-10 to hydrate. Adjust pH to around 4-5 and allow to mix until the solution is clear.
- Add surfactants from Phase B one at a time and mix until homogenous.
- Add ingredients from Phase C one at a time and mix until homogenous.
- Add fragrance and preservative. Add Arlypon TT and allow to mix thoroughly until the formula thickens.
