Manufacturing Process:
Hot process
Add ingredients of phase A in the order as shown.
Premix phase B and add to phase A while stirring
Heat phases A/B and C separately to 85°C
Add phase C to phase A/B while stirring.
Homogenize with a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Ultra Turrax) at approx. 55°C and continue with stirring.
Add phase D below 40°C.
Adjust the pH-value to 5,0
Stop stirring at 30°C.
