This Powdery Under-Eye Balm starts off as a fairly solid, wax-like balm in its container. Once applied, your body heat transitions the balm into an easy gliding light moisturizing oil with a velvety and powdery after-feel. That’s all made possible through our well-balanced, high-consistency waxes, specifically natural emollients and Verdessence™ RiceTouch to help ease the transition from balm to powder. Verdessence™ RiceTouch is a 100% naturally derived material that absorbs oil and has a mattifying effect to leave the skin feeling pleasant. Sqisandryl™ LS 9905, a plant extract from Schisandra Chinensis fruit, is also added to the formula.

This natural, eco-friendly berry encourages skin’s natural elasticity and toning, and is protective against oxidation and pollution stress. Lastly, the formula is rounded out with the inclusion of Ultra Filling Spheres® C00487, a technology based on the ability of dehydrated and cross-linked spheres to penetrate the upper layers of the epidermis and to absorb the water that evaporates from the deep dermis of the skin. Due to their hygroscopic properties, the volume of the spheres increases rapidly. Thus inflated, they tighten the skin, causing wrinkles to appear smoothed and leaving a skin surface that feels elastic with long lasting hydration.
