Manufacturing Process:
1. Disperse and heat up phase A and phase B separately to around 75C (Pre-disperse Verdessence Xanthan in Glycerin).
2. Add phase A into phase B then homogenize at around 75C ( 3000 rpm, for several minutes ).
3. Cool down with stirring and add phase C below 50C (add Verdessence RiceTouch firstly then adjust pH with Citric Acid later), homogenize at low speed for even texture (1000 rpm, for several minutes)
Cool down to RT and adjust pH below 5.0 (around 4.9)
