Manufacturing Process:
Part 1. Pre-mix Phase B and add to Phase A and mix until uniform.
Part 2. Prepare a 1% Calcium Chloride solution and mix with a stir bar. Add drops of gel in Part 1 into Part 2 solution using a plastic pipette for 20 seconds. Allow for a total reaction time of 1 minute and 30 seconds. Then drain the solution and rise the ampoules in water.
Part 3. Then prepare a gel to store and soften the beads formed in Part 2
a. Pre-mix Verdessence Xanthan 0.4% with Glycerin 3%
b. Add to main beaker with water 95.6% and preservative 1%, and mix until uniform gel forms
c. Then add small amount of Part 3 gel to suspend beads formed in Part 2
