Manufacturing Process
Part 1
- Pre-mix phase B and add to phase A and mix until uniform. Top add pigment or dye if desired.
Part 2
- Prepare 1% CaCl2 solution. Add drops using plastic pipette of Part 1 into Part 2 to form the beads within 20 seconds to 200mL in a 400mL beaker.
Part 3
- Pre-mix Phase B and add to A, mix until uniform.
- Add the beads formed (Part 2) into Part 3 and allow to suspend.
