Manufacturing Process
- Add ingredients of Phase A in order with mixing. Heat to 40C to allow Plantaren® 1200 N UP to fully incorporate.
- Add ingredients of Phase B in order with mixing.
- For Phase C, premix Verdessence® Xanthan with Glycerin, then add to batch with fast mixing until fully combined.
- pH adjust with Phase D (85% Lactic Acid) to 4.5-5.0.
