Manufacturing Process:
1. Prepare phase A into one beaker. Heat the mixed compound to 55-60C. Stir them well to form a homogenous texture.
2. Prepare phase B into one beaker, heat it to 55-60C.
3. Add part B slowly to part A at 55-60C under stirring (~300 rpm). It will form a fluid gel texture. Part B can be added drop by drop initially. A scraper could be used to scrape the sample adhering on the beaker.
4. Heat water to 55-60C, then add water to the main beaker slowly under stirring (~300 rpm). The viscosity of the gel will increase firstly then drop down. Finally it will form a homogeneous emulsion.
5. Cool down the emulsion to 45C, add active ingredient, preservative and citric acid solution in turns under stirring.
6 .Cool down to room temperature.

Stability Test: The sample has passed the Stability Test (50°C, 40°C, 25°C, and 5°C for 3 months).
