Manufacturing Process
Add phase A ingredients to main beaker under prop mix. Mix until uniform
Add phase B to main beaker. Mix until uniform. Sprinkle phase C slowly to avoid clumps. Increase prop speed as it thickens. Mix until gel forms.
Once gel is formed with no clumps, move to silverson. Add phase D under homogenization at 3000 rpm. Mix until uniform
Pre-mix phase E, add to batch under homogenization. Increase to 4000-5000 rpm. Mix until uniform
Move batch back to prop and add phase F. Mix for 30 minutes until uniform. Keep covered entire time.
